I really enjoyed the quotes from the video you have used. They really express the passion in the field. I especially enjoy quote by Mr.Cooper. Ego can harm the passion the teacher has. If a teacher is simply teaching just to aid their ego, the child's need will not be fulfilled. I feel the same as Mr.Cooper. I feel like I owe children my best and every ounce of my energy during my school day.
ReplyDeletesorry the above comment above is from Britni Marinelli. I am on my sisters computer....
ReplyDeleteEach of these quotes is quite profound. However Renatta Cooper’s says it in a nutshell. She possesses that deep passion and commitment to families. I believe that is guided by her values and belief system. Teachers who possess very strong values and belief systems that are aligned with advocates in the early childhood field are likely to provide opportunities to enhance pupils’ development in a nurturing environment.
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed reading all the quotes you chose from the video segments from Wk.Two. Raymond Hernandez's quote hit home for me, it does not matter where you grow up;children do not have to settle for less out of life.Children can pursue their goals and become sucessful adults.
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed the quotes you used from the video. If all educators and mentors had the same drive and passion the success within the educational system would be higher. I agree with Raymond Hernandez as well and his segment hit close to home because it does not matter where you are from strive to be better. And we cannot change the entire world on our own but simply try to make a difference. Great quotes!
